Under the Healthcare Services Act (previously the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations, Section 12(1)), every licensee of a clinic or healthcare establishment is required to carry out proper documentation and accurate verification of a person’s identity to ensure medical care and treatment is provided to the right patient, and to take reasonable steps to keep records accurate, complete, and up to date.
Therefore, by law, the collection, use, and disclosure of your NRIC/FIN or passport number when seeking treatment at our clinic is required.
We at AURA AESTHETICS PTE. LTD take our responsibilities under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) seriously, and recognise the importance of properly managing, protecting, and processing the personal data you entrust to us.
This Policy explains how MAX Clinic Singapore, our representatives, and/or agents (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, disclose, and/or process the personal data you provide through our website https://mymaxclinic.sg/ and/or application (the “Platform“), or in connection with your dealings with us, including as a patient or prospective patient.
